We simply love this property. Check-in is seamless and easy parking prior to check-in. Parking is easy. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The staff members are amazing and ever so helpful. The pool is clean and beautiful with plenty of outdoor furniture - even when it’s busy. The location is amazing!! Get here and you don’t need a car. Again - we love it!

On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady. My room was ready on time . The room was outstanding and spotless. The bed was super comfortable. When I was leaving my room I was always greeted with a smile and hello from the cleaning staff. I will most certainly book my next Coolangatta holiday at the Oaks Calypso, and would highly recommend to my friends. The location was perfect two minutes walk to the beach and shops and restaurants also 2 minutes

Cons: Quite dated rooms, not just in design but in maintenance. Things like, musty cupboards, rusty taps, and hair on the carpet that definitely wasn't ours. Extra blankets in cupboards smelled faintly of vomit for some reason. Pros: Fantastic pool area for all ages, attentive staff, located right on the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Close to airport too but not under flight path. Staff were friendly.

Absolutely loved our visit here. Reception staff absolutely superb, checked us in super effectively and we weren't sure where to go and have dinner, Amy gave us several options, so friendly and helpful with all of the amenities and the local spots. Room was spacious well laid out and clean. Highly recommend, will be back for sure

Great place, clean well presented. Good service and friendly staff. I will be back. There was a down side. In my room at least. The shower was a problem. I am used to the shower head being to short for me I am 6'7" but the glass panels they have put in to replace the shower curtain, ment I had to maneuver around the toilet to get in and out of the shower. It made it a bit more dangerous than I would like with wet feet. I will see in other rooms are like it on my next visit.
