Stayed over the weekend for my birthday. It was amazing!! Room was super clean. I received birthday goodies on both days we stayed there. We were out on a higher floor with a sea view it was such an amazing experience being able to see surfers paradise at night. Staff was so sweet and nice. We were checked in my Antonella and she was so kind to us, making sure our stay was more than we had ever expected it to be. Food was really good at the buffet and in the relish restaurant at dinner. 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the area and want some good relaxation time.

My girls and I loved everything about this place. The hotel and all amenities are beautiful, clean and great location. Food is great and staff are exceptional. A special thank you to Janine, such a truly beautiful person who took care of us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. Thank you! The manager Kunal was also such a great host and made sure we felt welcome and happy during our stay. Will definitely return.

We have been staying at Crown every Christmas for the past 5 years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, reception looks after your needs and always want to make you feel welcome and listened to. I especially appreciate being remembered every year even if I only visit for a week over the year! Thanks for all your work and providing excellent service to your guests, it goes a long way! Looking forward to next year :)

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were great. As a platinum IHG member we were upgraded to a higher sea view room which was nice. Room was modern and clean but bathroom needs urgent upgrades..specially shower area. Lifts could do with a bit of varnish as it makes them look very rundown. Buffet was average. The restaurant was average. Location is good tram across the road 3 stations to surfers. Beach was a short stroll.

Would have given a negative review considering room needs renovation, shower sink blocked, missed housekeeping etc. BUT, I would definitely appreciate the supervisor of breakfast section, a Vietnam girl, for her passionate customer service and efficient multiple task handling abilities. I previously worked in hospitality industry and I knew how precious this means to a customer and encourage them to be a return customer. Because her performance, I would like to give a full score for this hotel.
