This hotel exceeded my expectations. The comfort, cleanliness, views were great! Although we didn't get a chance to eat in their restaurant it smelt amazing. The little gaming room was a lovley atmosphere. It was quiet. Will definitely stay again and recommend anyone to.

Staying at Voco Surfers Paradise was an absolute pleasure! The place is quite well maintained and close to everything you could need. Unfortunately the Level 1 pool was closed for maintenance but we still got to enjoy a little swim in the Level 2 pool. I'd recommend the buffet breakfast as it had some great options and I'd like to give a shout out to Andre who was making the omelettes – he was a great guy and he deserves a raise. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of any of the other staff but everyone was so damn lovely and I'm glad we got to have chats with them while we were there. Thanks for having us Voco, we'll be back if come to the Gold Coast again.

I had an amazing experience at Voco Gold Coast for my birthday! The rooms and the hotel are incredibly spacious and clean, with stunning views. When the staff found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday card in my room—such a special touch! I also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

I am writing to express my disappointment with an incident that occurred during my recent stay at VOCO Gold Coast, where my family and I stayed for five days. While I found most of the staff to be friendly and helpful, I had an unpleasant encounter with one male receptionist that left me feeling discriminated against. The individual in question was a white male with glasses, appearing older than the other reception staff. Upon our arrival, which was earlier than the standard check-in time, I deposited my luggage with the help of an Asian receptionist who was very accommodating. I later needed to retrieve an item from my luggage, and the Asian staff member kindly advised me to notify the reception when I was ready to return the luggage. When I approached the reception again, the only staff member present was the aforementioned male receptionist. Despite my clear explanation that I had already checked in and just needed to re-deposit the luggage, he repeatedly asked if I was checking in. He then instructed me to carry the luggage myself from where it was near the luggage room to the reception area, insisting I do this task for him. As a single Asian mother traveling with children, I found his attitude dismissive and unkind. His reluctance to assist, coupled with the difference in treatment from other staff, made me feel discriminated against due to my race. I hope you will address this issue to ensure that future guests do not experience similar treatment.

I recently stayed at voco Hotel Gold Coast, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the view from our room on 18th floor was breathtaking, with a stunning ocean horizon that made our mornings truly special. 🌅 A special mention goes to George at reception, whose hospitality was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and his thoughtful gestures made our visit even more memorable. The staff overall were fantastic, providing top-notch service throughout our stay—definitely a 5/5 for hospitality. 🎀 I highly recommend voco Hotel Gold Coast for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.🌸
