I recently stayed at voco Hotel Gold Coast for 4 days during my holiday, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by George, the front desk manager, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail truly set the tone for my stay. He made sure everything was seamless, offering great recommendations and ensuring I felt at home throughout my visit. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms, fantastic amenities, and a perfect location. The entire staff, including George, made my experience feel personalized and special. A huge thank you to George for going above and beyond to make my stay awesome. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Gold Coast and highly recommend voco Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Mahra was exceptional on check in and was very attentive and knowledgeable. The room was fantastic and the views were amazing. I loved the small chaise sofa next to the window so I can stare at the view! Rainfall shower was amazing and the room was big and well furnished and clean! Would stay again!

We were greeted by George on arrival what a fabulous man. He went over and above to help us out. He allocated us in a lovely room on the top floor. Prior to check in, we were having trouble with a JetStar booking and George set us up on a phone in reception as our UK phones didn't work. Voco is a very nicely appointed hotel in a great location, I highly recommend it to visitors to Surfers Paradise.

The staff was sooo friendly and helpful. There is parking space in the basement for a few bucks. Rooms were cozy and clean. Good price for what you get, and just five minutes walking to the surfers paradise Main Street beach. Good job guys, keep it on.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at voco Gold Coast on January, 2025. One problem was the functioning of the air conditioner in the room. As we had turned it up, it was still not cold enough for at least an hour. We called the hotel service to check the problems. The staff was friendly and offered us a fan initially, and then the AC had already been fixed. The buffet breakfast was varied. The staff would assist you in taking your seat, which was much more organized.
