My partner and I had the most wonderful stay here! During this stay I proposed to her, and the hotel set up some beautiful rose petals, balloons and some complimentary champagne! It was stunning. The facilities are gorgeous and the products they use are great. Highly recommended- will absolutely be coming back for our next trip! Thanks QT.

We booked this hotel for a short, relaxing pool getaway, but unfortunately, it turned out to be far from relaxing. The pool area was extremely cramped, with very limited space. A significant portion of the area was taken up by pricey daybeds that remained mostly unoccupied, while guests lingered around all day hoping for a free sunbed. The lack of available seating made the experience frustrating. On top of that, cleanliness was an issue – there was a piece of gum stuck to a handrail that stayed there for our entire visit. The atmosphere around the pool was chaotic. Kids were CONSTANTLY jumping into the pool, causing water to splash onto guests sitting in the first and even second rows. Despite this, none of the staff intervened even once. On a positive note, the food at the Pool was delicious, and the rooms themselves were lovely. However, they lacked some basic amenities such as cotton pads, swabs, and slippers, which you’d expect for the price. The staff, overall, didn’t seem very attentive or proactive. Overall, this stay did not justify the cost. If you’re considering a relaxing poolside escape, I’d suggest looking at other hotels where your money would be better spent.

My partner and I stayed here which to my surprise I got proposed to during the stay, QT was amazing in providing us a rose petal love heart on the bed, helium balloons and a cute letter and a complimentary champagne bottle on ice! The rooms were brand new and BEAUTIFUL! Loved the pool and hotel staff were incredible. The breakfast was perfect everything I would usually eat for breakfast in the buffet. All round awesome stay!

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at the QT Gold Coast! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who assisted with our bags, and then we checked in with one of the fantastic receptionists. Check out was a breeze too! The fabulous staff are so kind and professional. Our room was stunning—spotlessly clean with the most breathtaking view of the ocean. And the bed... wow! I had the best sleep of my life. On our way out we stopped off and had a coffee at the café in reception. The coffee was exceptional and again, the staff were so wonderful! You can truly see how much care and attention has been put into every detail and the upkeep of this hotel. I’ll definitely be recommending the QT Gold Coast to all of my friends and family! ❤️

Great hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable with ocean views. The pool is excellent and so are the restaurants, especially the Japanese restaurant which I highly recommend. The food is delicious and well presented. Good choice of wines and the waiter was 5*. It's expensive but worth every cent.
