First time staying here was not great but the staff were very accommodating when things didn't go right and we decided to come back and stay again. To which the second time was a lot better. Room was better, service was better and food was better. Would stay again as it's great value for money. Definitely not perfect. But was still a nice stay.

The shower/bath was dangerous! Hard to get out of, the safety handle was loose, could not maintain an even temperature (it was either cold or scorching hot) and the water went all over tue floor. Despite the location we wouldn’t return. They need to close each room down, and redo the bathrooms. Remove the tub and just have a shower. The tub is too high to get out of safely. My husband is a safety officer and he was appalled at how unsafe this was. He also couldn’t stand up in the shower without hitting his head on the roof.

My stay at Vibe Hotel was a dreamy 10-night retreat. The breathtaking water view from our balcony made each sunset a serene experience. The breakfast buffet was a feast of high-quality offerings, catering to every taste. Downstairs, Driftwood Social Dining was a highlight, with its scenic charm and relaxing atmosphere perfect for dining and unwinding. I highly recommend Vibe Hotel for its picturesque setting, superb breakfast selection, and the blissful ambiance of Driftwood Social Dining. It's a haven for relaxation and enjoyment, ensuring an unforgettable stay.

- no towels upon arrival - Chromecast didn’t work - aircon was set to 18° however felt hot during the night - wifi kept dropping out - no plug for a bath ? - 24/7 room service was closed 🤔 - booking said I get a bottle of bubbles but there was none - kettle and utensils in a weird location - security lady was a bit hostile and for what reason ? - nice view from the top level and spacious room. Honestly expected better for $400 a night
Shub sing
The service was terrible. I booked a 2-room apartment for my friend Xavier, but when we arrived, they claimed it was only for one room, despite us paying for two. We also asked about parking, and they quoted us $120 for two days, which is ridiculous. I've stayed here many times before, and it's never been like this. My company books rooms here weekly, but that will no longer be the case. They didn't even try to help us with parking, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. This has been a complete waste of money, and the poor service was unacceptable. I’ll be making sure to spread the word, and Fight Center will be removing you from our list of options.
