Overall, we had a lovely 5 day, 4 night stay at QT Gold Coast. Most importantly, we had a wonderful family holiday together, and the hotel definitely contributed to that experience. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, which was exactly what I had hoped for. Waking up to the sound of the waves, enjoying the fresh ocean breeze, and watching both the sunrise and sunset from our room made our stay extra special. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping did a great job, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the colourful interior design wasn’t quite my personal style (I prefer earthy tones), that’s simply a matter of preference and didn’t affect our overall experience. There are just two areas I believe could be improved. Firstly, the minibar fridge was almost completely filled with the hotel’s products, with most of the space taken up by alcoholic drinks. Regardless of personal preferences or religion, guests staying for several days should have enough room to store their own drinks, snacks, fruit, or other essentials. A minibar should still function as a usable fridge for guests, rather than feeling like a display shelf. If the hotel wishes to sell beverages, a menu or catalogue would be a much more practical approach. Secondly, the bathroom sink design was disappointing. For a five-star hotel, it felt poorly designed. Every time we used the sink, water splashed onto the bench and floor instead of staying inside the basin, creating unnecessary mess and a potential slipping hazard. Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The location, cleanliness, comfort, customer service, and especially the stunning ocean view made it a memorable family holiday. With a few thoughtful improvements, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

Enjoyed a short but sweet stay at QT Gold Coast on the weekend to attend a concert nearby. Upon arrival at reception, I was warmly welcomed by the nearest receptionist who discontinued what she was doing and ensured I was checked in without delay. Arriving a little early, I was pleasantly surprised to be advised that the room was ready. The receptionist unfortunately wasn't wearing a name badge however, her genuine interest in our reason for staying and where we came from was lovely. We had a city view room but the didn't mind the view out over the hinterland. The room was clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Drink service by the pool was fast and efficient, a relaxing spot to fill in time. For dinner we dined at Yamagen and received excellent service from David. He was calm, confident and enjoyable to chat with. Food was exceptional and being Izakaya the serves were small and designed for sharing but we didn't leave hungry. Check-out was again friendly, efficient and seamless and we were on our way in under 2 minutes. Overall a wonderful stay, albeit a short one. It's refreshing to see customer service delivered in a genuine, sincere manner and I only wish the front desk team were wearing name badges so I can refer to them individually in writing. Keep up the great work QT Gold Coast!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel kindly upgraded our room to an ocean-view room, which made our stay even more special. Waking up to the stunning ocean views was truly unforgettable and added a touch of luxury to our celebration. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful anniversary compliment arranged by the hotel, which added a lovely personal touch to our celebration. The only aspect that fell short of our expectations was the breakfast, which could have offered more variety and better quality to match.

Awesome hotel and beautiful room. Quiet and dark perfect for sleeping. They allowed early check in for me and were quick to check me in which was great. Service was wonderful. I ordered a hot chocolate to my room at midnight which was perfect. The next morning I ordered one downstairs and it was only $250 cheaper so I wished I’d just ordered in my room and enjoyed the view instead. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was fabulous and the bars and restaurants amazing. The only problem we had was the construction right next door to our room, started at 6 am thumping machinery all day long non stop. Then had road works through the night. We would have appreciated them telling us and we could have gone higher or had a garden view room. We had an ocean view room.
