We stayed in the QT cabins and it was so much fun! Loved the aesthetic, the bed and surprisingly lots of room. Comfiest bed ever! Rachelle was lovely on the phone, and even better in person. She made us feel very welcome and as though we could ask for the world and she would deliver it with a smile. Thanks Rachelle! The breakfast buffet was great, so many options and delicious. It will be the only place I will book if I return to the Gold Coast :)

Great first impression, Juan greeted me in reception and I upgraded my room to a suite after being shown the room and found it was great value and beautiful ocean views. Sadly the weather wasn't on our side so we didn't use the pool area 😔 but it looked divine. Trinity concierge was also very customer service minded and great to chat to. The only negative was the poor service at Fixx breakfast area (mixing up orders, slow, poor service) and poor cleaning of the room. Not 5 star at all, so even though I really liked the hotel and a few amazing people working here, I don't think it was a five star experience overall. Would go back though for a sunny weekend and enjoy the pool ☀️

Wonder experience!!! Shared my birthday weekend with girls at QT. We indulged with a ladies massage morning the service was absolutely fantastic & attention to detail was refreshing. In our room awaited a tray with cocktails & cake to acknowledge my birthday!! I also received a birthday card! I was absolutely surprised by the effort made by the whole team at QT. I would definitely recommend the Hotel & its services!

My husband and I stay quite often at hotels and this hotel was up there with our favourite!! The hotel is trendy and fun! Every single staff member that we talked to were super friendly!! We went to the buffet dinner and it was 10/10! The buffet breakfast was lovely so much choice! We had the best time staying here!! We will be back!! 👌

I had an incredible stay at QT on the Gold Coast recently! One night in a king room and one in a rooftop cabin. Both were excellent but if you have the chance to stay in a rooftop cabin, I’d highly recommend it! Zyah and every single staff member at QT were welcoming, friendly and made me feel like a queen! The rooftop cabin leaves no detail untouched - from aperitif hour where I got to make my own cocktail and share cheese with friends, to the nightly turn down service with tea warmed by candle light, to the exquisite details in the room - shower with skylight, egg chair on your private deck and beautiful open window next to your bed - I could not fault my stay and wished I was there longer! A beautiful moment in time and a peaceful sanctuary to escape the bustle that is surfers paradise. The pool side is divine, the drinks and snacks there are perfect also. The cafe Fixx was an excellent start to the day and service at reception was second to none. I will definitely be planning a return visit - for longer next time!!!
