I recently stayed at voco Hotel Gold Coast for 4 days during my holiday, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by George, the front desk manager, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail truly set the tone for my stay. He made sure everything was seamless, offering great recommendations and ensuring I felt at home throughout my visit. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms, fantastic amenities, and a perfect location. The entire staff, including George, made my experience feel personalized and special. A huge thank you to George for going above and beyond to make my stay awesome. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Gold Coast and highly recommend voco Hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at voco Gold Coast on January, 2025. One problem was the functioning of the air conditioner in the room. As we had turned it up, it was still not cold enough for at least an hour. We called the hotel service to check the problems. The staff was friendly and offered us a fan initially, and then the AC had already been fixed. The buffet breakfast was varied. The staff would assist you in taking your seat, which was much more organized.

I cannot rate this place higher. I have stayed here now twice and have been met with great hospitality and beautiful rooms. Upon check in we were met with one of the most best receptionists George who went above and beyond for us - with check in, check out and accommodating my friends birthday. The overall amenities of this hotel were amazing. I will be definitely staying here again !

Good location, clean rooms… quiet… Two pools, nice buffet breakfast! Slightly disappointed in the bathroom with old bathtub and shower, some room service, no balcony…. Would be nice if some bathrooms would be renovated …. But overall… would I stay here again? Why not…. Wish I could give more stars…

We stayed here for my partners birthday and voco made a special effort to help us celebrate. We loved the corner room with an amazing view! Hotel is in a great location right near the tram stop and many food options. Sara at reception made our check in and check out seamless, thank you for helping us celebrate! We will be back :)
