I was in with a large family group back on 3rd Jan. We were served by Grace. She took great care of us, engaged with the kids and sorted out some activities to keep them busy. You have an asset there! Food was great as always.

My friends and I came in late tonight however we were pleasantly suprised with the excellent service from Sam behind the bar. He made sure we were all catered for and took care of us even though we were in the police room. Joesph’s company and Shafiques charm were also a highlight of the night!

I would like to say thankyou on behalf of our company and our guests for the efforts put in by you and your team. The evening ran like clockwork with the splits between the meal courses arriving at the designated times. They kept an eye on the bar tab and the service was spot on. All your staff were courteous and professional.

Didn’t stay here but came for lunch Australia Day weekend. Staff were friendly and accomodating as we had 2 small children with us. Unfortunately food was average. Beef burger and Parmi were meh as was the bug pasta it just didn’t have any flavour. Baratta was nice but a little underwhelming with plain cherry tomatoes cut up and thrown on the plate. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back

We just had an amazing dining experience at the Hamilton Hotel, and the empty plates say it all! Every dish was an absolute standout. The bug fettuccine was a masterpiece—perfectly cooked pasta loaded with tender, flavorful bugs in a creamy, decadent sauce. The fish and chips were crispy and golden, with the fish melting in your mouth, paired beautifully with fresh tartare. The barramundi was expertly cooked, flaky and moist, with the perfect seasoning that brought out its natural flavors. And the steak? Cooked to perfection, juicy, and tender, with a rich, mouthwatering jus that made every bite memorable. Hamilton Hotel delivered not just food, but a culinary experience we won’t forget. Highly recommended for anyone craving a sensational meal!
