I have found Neel,to be very helpful with not only the operation of the Hamilton venue, but very well organised in the gaming room. It seems like he has improved the patrons service, today we had hot food boxes, but would of been nice if there was a little more food, lol😂. Overall I think Neel is doing an amazing job. Super friendly staff, always willing to help with a smile. Location is great, great access and close to the ferry service. After eating there for 7 weeks straight, I feel as though the menu could be updated but the food was always on point and I never had a bad one. Steak is cooked to perfection.

Hamilton hotel has definitely improved and is so good now compared to 6 months ago. The new gaming manager Neel has made many improvements including hot food , lots of snacks and friendly service. The menu in the restaurant is much better as it has a bigger and better verity.

Hamilton service being top notch and culinary experience a one to remember, not just food but also the ambiance feels perfect. Would recommended those who has buds for sensational taste. All the dishes being meticulously made to standout and tasted good and fresh. Cooked to perfection, just right tender that made every bite memorable.
