Byblos was a wonderful experience. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by the friendly Staff. The new renovation looks absolutely beautiful and they did a great job. The food and cocktails were exceptional and the desserts were the perfect end to our dining experience. We cannot wait to come back and try many more beautiful dishes.

Such an amazing place to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner and drinks. The bar has been recently refurbished to such an incredible standard that my wife, whose an interior designer was in awe of its refined aesthetic. The cocktails and food were probably the best I've had in Brisbane in the last 5 years. Recommendations would be the Lebanese lemonade for a cocktail and the swordfish, which comes with a warm spicy tomato salsa for the food.

After ten years of being a loyal customer, I will never set foot in this bar again. Since the refurbishment, this place has completely lost its soul. The new staff are rude, dismissive, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by serving you. I asked to try one of the beers on tap—a simple request—and was met with an attitude like I was out of line. Then, when I inquired about a cocktail they used to serve, I was spoken to as if I’d asked for something absurd. The disrespect was staggering. Change isn’t always a good thing, and this “upgrade” has turned a beloved spot into an unwelcoming, pretentious mess. After a decade of loyalty, I won’t be back.

We came on Christmas Eve, ordered Baba Ganoush, hummus and chicken shiwuk. Amazing flavour, chicken was simply superb. The service was extremely professional with right amount of attention vs giving the privacy one wants by Abdul.

Had a wonderful Dinner at Byblos which was made amazing by Abdul who waited our table. He was very attentive and did not need prompting. He was on the spot with his recommendations and went out of his way to accommodate us as we had a couple of 'requests'. Abdul made sure our glasses stayed full and was happy to make our time at Byblos pleasant. 5 star service. We dine out a lot and these days we are rarely received this warmly. Abdul is the essence of hospitality and I hope that the owners and management of Byblos understand what a gem they have working for them. Thanks a lot again Abdul.
