Loving the new upgrades.. that is extremely disappointed in the so-called kids area there’s one couch one TV that works three TVs that do not work and about a handful of random random toys.. good try guys but you need to do some thinking for the kids room colouring in drawing . Blocks for building things you know typical kids things I love the fact that there is a big glass window so you can see your children playing and having fun but it doesn’t seem to be any playing or having fun in that room. The food is absolutely delicious here. I cannot say one bad thing about the food.

We had a family reunion there last weekend and it was an ideal location for everyone, the food was terrific, the staff very friendly and worked really hard to make our time great. We had our sit down meal in the closed room function space and then we all moved out to the open air, which after such a lovely meal and being so well looked after by the staff, the fresh air was a nice change. Our event was managed very well as there were many staff on that day and night. I strongly recommend it for large groups as we had a fabulous time and was well looked after, maybe even spoilt !!

Enjoyed a really nice lunch here today. Eye Fillet steak with chips and veg. Pepper sauce tasted like pepper which was very nice. The steak was cooked to perfection and very tender. Couldn't fault it.

Rooms were great, stayed in the accommodation for a private function but were constantly ‘spoken to’ by the not so happy manager. We’re never in the right spot, we’re having too much fun or just simply stared at for even existing. If she wasn’t there stay would have been perfect but unfortunately we ran into her EVERY SINGLE DAY. She either needs a drink or a chill pill to relax and the stay would have been perfect. Thank you to everyone else that made our stay enjoyable, just not the grinch of Mackay.
