Hi Cas, Ryan, and the incredible Tamarind Team, I just wanted to send a BIG, MASSIVE thank you for such an unforgettable dining experience on Friday night. From the impeccable service to the mind-blowing four-course meal, every detail was absolutely incredible. The soup—OMG, next-level amazing!!! The flavour in there was just *Chefs-Kiss*. It was such a privilege to finally dine at The Tamarind, a spot that has been on my restaurant bucket list for so long. You all went above and beyond. We have already told so many friends and family members to book a night to go an experience!!! We’ll most certainly be back to experience the three-course next time! My only regret was not booking and staying in one of the Villa’s to retreat back to after, next time for sure! A huge shout-out to the chefs, kitchen team, and everyone who made the evening so special. Your passion and dedication to exceptional food and hospitality shine through in every dish. My husband and I spent 24hrs at the tamarind retreat in Maleny and has an amazing time. From arriving to leaving we were not disappointed. Staff were very professional and efficient. We were upgraded to a larger more luxury suite due to there being a problem with the one we had booked. We were also given a commentary bottle of bubbles and card for our anniversary. The food at the restaurant was top notch, we couldn’t fault it. Cocktails at happy hour were really good! It was a hot day when we were there so we used the saltwater pool, which was lovely and refreshing. The surrounding landscape is lush and abundant with many varieties of plants including some wonderful metal sculptures to look at and a lovely stroll down to Gardners Falls. Sorry, I can’t fault this place, it was truly a magical experience, deserved of 5 stars.

Would give 10 stars if I could. The food, service, and ambience were amazing. The staff truly goes above and beyond. My highlights were the wonderful and attentive staff; the duck curry, seriously wow; the asparagus were probably the best I've ever had. My favourite was the ambience and being surrounded by nature, especially the Flora & Fauna tour with Aaron, the resident horticulturist, was remarkable and unmissable! What a delightful nature walk getting to learn about all the plant species, birds, and other animals on the property. If you are looking for a place to relax and disconnect, you've found it!

We just wrapped up an incredible retreat at Spicers Tamarind with our group, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the stunning nature, forest, waterfalls a few hundred meters away. Staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond and always with a warm smile and thoughtful service. The food was great. Overall, Spicers Tamarind is the perfect place to escape, relax, and recharge. Whether you're looking to connect with nature or simply unwind with friends and colleagues, this place offers the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility. Highly recommend!
