Had dinner here with family. Pre-booking available online which was convenient and easy to use. Arrived and was greeted by staff and showed to our table. Team was great apart from the two staff girls at the bar who were having a full on conversation and could see I was standing there waiting for their attention. Luckily the other staff member who was making drinks noticed I was standing there and attended to me. Food and beverages were great. Nice and spacious inside. Great view from the veranda. Overall, we had a great time.

The food is well cooked, fresh, with good sized meals and deliciously filling. The staff were lovely and friendly. Great service and quick to serve and help up. The cocktails were amazing! We will definitely be returning on our yearly holiday.

This was our third visit to the Tavern over the last few years and it gets better every time. Our little family of 4 travels to the Gold Coast from Sydney every year and we love stopping in. The food is great, the view from the outer deck is stunning and the Staff go above and beyond to ensure your every need is catered for. (The activity packs for the kids is the cherry on top). Looking forward to our next trip, as we’ll certainly be dropping in again.

Classic Australian beachside pub with wide verandas and an open feel inside. Located straight across from the beach at the northern end of Burleigh Heads, it’s a great spot to stop off for a thirst quencher when walking from Burleigh to Miami or vice versa. Had an early pint so can’t comment on the food but it is all clean and modern so I expect it’s great. Recommended.
