Probably one of the least professional experiences with any "corporate' company I've had in the last few years. Just wanted to hire a room for a meeting and was like pulling teeth. Also it's 2024. If you can't let ANYONE book anything without taking a card number OVER THE PHONE, rethink your systems and security.
