I booked the function rooms for my event in May, booked two months in advance. I received basically no communication from then until the day of, I stated in my booking info, in person, a week before, a day before and the morning before that I didn't need tables and chairs as I was going to set up the room as an open gallery. When I arrived there were like 12 round tables and chairs everywhere. The staff setting them up just left me to pack up most of the chairs. I met with the function coordinator for the day who said she would be there throughout the night to assist. Yep never saw her again. Needed a cord to connect to the speakers and asked a staff member a few times to help and they just left and never came back, so had silence for a couple of hours. I paid $100 each for two platters, one a cheese board that was just a small plate of cheese and olives and one dip but no cutlery, no knife. The other was a slider board that was supposed to have half chicken and half beef but there were only beef sliders. When I first booked the manager at the time (who left the company at some stage before my event) promised the hotel had connections with other businesses and they may be able to help spread the word or contribute to raffle prizes as it was a charity event. In the end they told me they don't have the same connections with these businesses anymore. I tried multiple times to get a hold of Tee and the person I was always put through to was quite rude and audibly annoyed with me. But I received no communication for the whole two months. No one was there for the entire day I was setting up. The service I received overall was a real let down. The only good thing was the price to book the room.

Delicious buffet with seafood, Asian food, roasts, hot food, pizza, veges, salads, a large variety of desserts with tea and coffee. Well worth the money with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

The buffet dinner was average , I asked one of the staff for desert plates it took nearly 20mins , some of food ran out and wasn't quickly restocked. I won't be returning here. Not worth the price

I went for buffet lunch and it was great. $35 adults + $15 children. The food was very good and fresh. We will be back.

I had an amazing dining experience at Feast Springwood! The food was delicious, with a great variety of option. The ambiance was welcoming. But what really made my visit stand out was the friendly and attentive customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt taken care of. Highly recommend Feast Springwood for a great meal and a wonderful overall experience!
