We had a wonderful stay. The room was great but the main reason is all to do with your welcoming, friendly staff that go above and beyond for their guests. I traveled as a single mother with my 3 young children and not once did we feel out of place in your hotel. We will definitely be returning. All your staff deserve a pat on the back, and a raise!

Room was very tidy and clean,as was the bathroom. Plenty of pillows. View wasn't bad. Would recommend for the price. Paid parking is debatable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and very close to the cbd and shops. I initially gave it 4 stars but dont want to drag it down because.. it was a nice stay.

Spent 4 nights here. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very quiet, which I appreciated. The pool was great, well kept. Restaurant has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is located at the top portion of Spring Hill. I didn't have any issues walking up there, as I felt after eating dinner, I wanted to burn it off. Thanks!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First and foremost, I felt unsafe. A stranger who was clearly not a hotel guest knocked on my door, and I thought it was housekeeping. When I opened the door, I realized it wasn’t, and I have no idea if he was trying to sell something or had another reason for being there. What concerns me the most is how easily an outsider was able to access the guest floors. The hotel seriously needs to improve its security. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The bedsheets had stains that looked like mold, and they never replaced the bath towels or floor mats during my stay—they simply hung them back up together. This shows a complete lack of proper hygiene and housekeeping standards. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend staying here, and I will never come back to this hotel.

Good location on the top of the hill, just a short pleasant walk through the gardens to the city. Rooms are a bit drab, halls feel like an old institution and the second floor smells like cat piss. Bed was very very firm - I slept ok but woke up with very stiff shoulders. Hot shower with good pressure. Air conditioner was disproportionately noisy for how relatively ineffective it was. The night staff were more interested in their phones or chatting with each other than greeting guests or adding any atmosphere. The onsite restaurant is nothing special. Gym is tiny and deficient - nothing to train legs, just a cable cross over and a few dumbbells. Overall - depends on the price you get. I wouldn’t pay a premium though!
