Came out last weekend. Such an amazing experience with my friends. The vibe of the club is amazing. Had great service from keira out the front. She was very polite and approachable. She was friendly and gave off great energy. Will definitely be coming back with my friends again and hope to get that same entrance next time.

Got a bottle/booth package here with some mates before New Year’s and loved it. Jessie the bartender sold us over the bar and was quick to organise getting us the help we needed while she was clearly busy behind the bar. Would definitely come back

A group of us were there to attend the Bollywood event yesterday. The 2 female bartenders there were extremely rude. I could understand the music was loud and they could not hear. But it can't be that bad when we say rum and coke so loud and they still can't understand. First, she rolled her eyes at us. Second time same drink she said write and show. Is she expecting us to bring a paper and pen to a club? Not just us, their behaviour to majority of the crowd was rude. This shows how racist they are. Come on. We are not there asking for free drinks. We pay. And we are not uneducated crowds. Do they even know what customer service is meant to be? No smiles, no thank you and I could go on . I really think that they have to learn customer service before starting a job. I have been to many clubs in Gold Coast this is the very first club I had such a bad experience. I hope that management would look into this.
