Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff is really nice and friendly. You'll always see smiling faces whenever you cross the lobby. The location is very central and close to almost everything. The beach is also just 5 min walk and they also have a short pathway from the back of ths hotel to the beach which is lovely. Quiet lobby, fast elevators, beautiful ocean view from almost all the rooms on mid or high level floors. Absolutely amazing place to stay.

Staff were great on arrival and check out. Decor very dated. The air con in the room was very noisy and clunky and the bed was rock hard with super high pillows. Rooms are big with great views of the beach however I didn’t sleep due to the aircon and discomfort of the bed. Still cheapest stay around.

Camilla (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) she was the receptionist on when we checked in. So friendly and very very helpful! Helped make our anniversary just that little more special. The rooms are very spacious and I will admit it isn't modern but for the price we are very happy. Bed is comfy and the views are lovely.

Older hotel. We had a very spacious suite with a wonderful view! Staff are very polite and accommodating to ensure you have a quality stay. Very affordable in a good location within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and entertainment options nearby.

It's very old hotel so the heating system didn't work. The air was cold as air-conditioning. I couldn't sleep well on the freezing bed. The bathroom floor gets wet easily from shower. The shower booth was too small, it would nice to remove the useless spa. Please fix the shower handle as well, it was broken. Also it makes big noise when I turn on the water. There's nothing around this hotel because it located in the middle of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The housekeepers did a good job and the receptionists were kind though. They need a maintenance seriously. The hotel price is $170 average per night, I don't think the facilities are worth it if I compare to other hotels around!
