First time today! Loved it! But. Why music is such a bad quality? Low drums and so so loud. I am deaf now. It is for older generation and we don't need our ear drums "blow up". Would love to hear better range of the 80s and 90s. Wasn't many hits. Will definitely come back. Thank you for many safeguards and order 🙏❤

The manager and security guards on my friends hens night were on the BIGGEST POWER TRIPS ever. I’ve never experienced anything like it in all the nights out. Don’t even bother lining up!!!!! 0 stars

My wife, her friend, and I visited this establishment, and we had a terrible experience with the security. After spending a couple of hours there dancing and chatting with locals (we are from Canada), our friend had got separated from us. While my wife and I were searching for her, we were approached by security, who repeatedly told my wife she needs to "Just step over here" and indicating to the door. We were genuinely confused as to what was going on. Take in we had only had 2 drinks each at this point in the night. After following the security near the entrance, he turns to me and says "You need to hold her". My wife was in no way stumbling, or acting drunk. After several minutes of confusion, as NOTHING was communicated to us, we realised we were getting kicked out. We tried explaining to the security that we would like to at least find our friend before leaving, but he wouldn't even allow me to search for her. Luckily, our friend spotted us near the entrance, otherwise the security would have forced us to leave our friend alone in that bar. There were MULTIPLE people drunk, stumbling and acting belligerent, but somehow my wife and I (2 of the most sober people there) were singled out. The security are unprofessional and are not well trained in dealing with patrons. I would recommend anyone visiting this area to stay away from this bar, despite their free coverage.

Attended this venue for the first time last month, with a group of work colleagues & had the severe misfortune of slipping over on your wet floor, (resulting in two fractured wrists!) Within an hour of myself slipping on your floor, a male member of our group also slipped and fell - in the exact same spot! After telling my story to friends, medical staff & colleagues etc I have been shocked to hear how many people have had the exact same experience at your venue - all deeming your flooring to be extremely hazardous and dangerous! Apparently it is a painted/epoxy concrete floor (in front of the bar) which gets extremely slippery when it is wet. One person even broke their leg there I’ve been told! I hope the owners & management take this feedback seriously and do something about the flooring asap, to ensure you are providing a safe environment for your future guests. I can assure you, having broken bones & wrists in casts, due to slipping over on your wet flooring is not fun!
