Excellent rooms, great location and amenities. Only one less star for service due to not the best first impression at breakfast the first morning where it was not busy and waiter appeared flustered. The hotel reception were very accommodating and even upgraded us when we asked for a quiet room. Thank you!

LOVED our experience with the Island. The staff were super friendly and more than accommodating when it came to booking multiple rooms under one person. I would love to shout out Dene, Nate & Poulina for personally looking after our crazy booking - I’m sure they were over my calls back to back. The few downfalls were that there was only 1 elevator working at the time which took a very long time whilst waiting and that sometimes you will miss the turn into the hotel due to the tram lines. Other than that, we are so happy with our stay all thanks to the staff!

Rooms and location are very good. Don’t bother with the breakfast on site, you need to order at the bar and you’re up for a wait of 30-45 minutes for it to come out. Bar staff member that was taking the breakfast orders 24/3 is in the wrong job. Stood there for literally 5 minutes right in front of her and she didn’t look up from her order screen. She knew I was there. I just walked off in the end. So overall recommend a different hotel but if you must, take the room and stay away from the bar and restaurant.

We booked for the bottomless brunch. There was no formal direction or clear service upon arrival. Our server did not seem happy to be serving us. The music was good and if it was a sunny day it would have been so nice. Drinks were tasting good and food came out so slowly we were still hungry as we left.

This place is fantastic. Affordable and comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful, including reception and the bar staff. There's many small finishings that just make the experience easy and relaxing. The rooms have QR code menu access and the food is really exceptional. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and finished with high quality soaps/shampoos etc. the location is perfect for beach, shops. There's a great pool area with complimentary towels and a great bar that also does coffee and food. The rooftop bar is also a great venue. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I'm definitely coming back.
