the royal exchange hotel provides amazing customer service and is a very friendly environment. The staff are always willing to help you with any of your needs and will respond to them in a friendly manner. While I was there. Sean, who is a manager provided great service and was very helpful. Scarlett who was behind the bar was serving myself and was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Would 100% recommend the royal exchange to anyone

Great night out. Went for the giggle games night. Bar star were very friendly and actually had a conversation with you rather than looking like they hated everyone. The host was good, mediocre jokes but gives our free booze so got to be his his best bud. Good prices and a a good night. Good for a big group!
