18 th birthday 🥰 We are frequent visitors to HQ but tonight we used this venue to celebrate my daughter’s 18th . All I can say is that you outdid yourselves. The service was amazing the food was outstanding and the staff interacted with us and nothing was never a problem . We had an amazing night and you guys made it even better . Jess and Damir you should be so proud of your amazing team and Grace Digger Damon Chris you guys rock. Thanks for the amazing service we received tonight . Special mention to Scouse and his team in the kitchen for the great service and delicious food . Absolutely Outrageous! At Hotel HQ I ordered what was advertised as half a kilo of buffalo chicken wings for $18, expecting a generous and flavorful portion. What did I get? FOUR chicken wings. Yes, FOUR! At this price, I can only assume the $18 includes the cost of the plate they came on—because surely, there’s no other way to justify this blatant rip-off. To make matters worse, these were supposed to be buffalo wings, but there was absolutely nothing “buffalo” about them. Instead, I got barbecue-flavored wings that tasted like they came from a backyard BBQ, not a restaurant. Half a kilo? Not even close. Either the chef needs a new set of scales, or they’ve discovered a breed of ultra-light chickens. Disappointing, overpriced, and misleading. Absolutely amazing 🤩 Staff 10/10 Food 10/10 Vibe 10/10 Looking for a great place to eat and chill this is it . We always floated between different venues and now this is our regular Sunday night family dine out ! Sunday roast is a must and great value when the kids eat for $3 can't get better ! Thank you for always treating us with kindness!

Thank you to the Team at HQ the food was EPIC and so delicious. The staff were kind, friendly and went out of their way to make our lunch very enjoyable. Shout out to the chef who made the most amazing Yorkshire puddings ever which were AMAZING. Would definitely eat there again. Great value for money and nice size meals. Thanks again to ALL STAFF. 👍

Sadly tonight's meal was far from satisfactory. We order our favourite Chicken Parmi & Bacon Garlic Bread and the Parmi's were smaller than usual, burnt on top and the chicken was way over cooked. This saddens me as we love the Parmis from here & for $100 you expect the best. Maybe it's a new Chef, maybe they were just to busy & quality slipped. Either way saddens me to write this review for a normally awesome place.
