I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. The website and advertisement states that they have complementary wifi but the signal is so weak that you’ll find yourself having to hot spot the television. The shower is made for incredibly short people. I’d recommend a prison cell before recommending spending any of your hard earned money on staying here. There are so many loud and obnoxious people that stay here and unfortunately, drug users. Don’t bother complaining because in the end, the managers turn it all around and make out that it’s you who are doing these things. They will claim to have footage that does not exist and then refuse to show you said footage. But I guess that happens when they don’t actually have the evidence to back up their claims. This is a horrible place to stay. I have booked an appointment to share my story with a local newspaper. The one star that I’ve had to provide in order to give this review should be the for the lovely young girl we had serving our dinner. She was amazing and so polite.

Tables on the deck outside were full no stress we didn't have a booking so they sat us outside in the gazebo . Great thought . They said they were going to bring out cutlery and turn the lights on for us as it was getting dark . Food came out still no cutlery or lights . Cutlery came our after a reminder . I think they left the lights off on purpose so I couldn't see the barely cooked chips next to the cheapest Parma you could imagine with the cheese kinda melted . On the up side it was cool to see the turtles oh almost forgot the gazebo is next to a fenced playground full of screaming kids 🤦♂️

Three of us went here for a meal on a busy Saturday night. Good thing we booked as it was very busy. I tried to order using the qr code, but it wouldn't accept payment, so I went to the register. The woman serving was friendly and asked the kitchen to give me just slaw instead of salad. They were okay with this, which is great, as more and more places will not accommodate peoples taste, and I end up throwing away most of the salads. My uncle got the drinks, and he commented that the bar staff didn't really know what they were doing, but he eventually got the right drinks. We had to wait in line a bit for both, I don't think it was unreasonable for how busy it was, and we have had to wait a lot longer at other establishments. The garlicbread came out quickly, and the meals were not long after that. We all enjoyed our meal. It was good pub food. Nothing fancy or standout. We would go again.

Food was OK, just not as good as I hoped for pub fare. The location is great, heaps of turtles in the lake and relaxing views. What stood out for me was Thalia, the restaurant lead, she was possibly the best customer service person I have seen. Smart, fast, effective and an infectious smile

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Kondari Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of our visit was the incredible service we received. Tahlia, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. The entire staff was awesome, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend dining at Kondari Hotel for both the delicious food and outstanding service!
