Hi Fitzy’s Waterford I am really thankful for the team and to the chefs. We had a great night at Fitzy’s. the foods were amazing and service were brilliant. Peaceful atmosphere where everyone can enjoy their food with a peaceful mind. We had a salmon carbonara and a beef burger those foods were delicious. Thanks to the chefs. I really recommend to everyone to have a great dining experience at Fitzy’s Waterford. Thanks team

Hit or miss. While we have had good experiences previously, I cannot let Sunday’s disappointment go without comment. The meals were not even close to what was expected. In hindsight we should have sent them back. I guess the fact we had waited nearly a full hour for them to arrive overrode our senses. The Sunday roast pork was not served with roast vegetables as shown on the Facebook advertisement. Who sends out a roast with only mashed potato and red coleslaw??? The pork belly burger was missing ingredients (No Pickles or cheese. Sweet chili glaze was substituted with Aioli ). Someone ran out or decided a quick fix was needed. It seems certain days are not the best time to dine here. Our last not so good experience was also on a Sunday. We have had good/great experiences here before. Please lift your game. Thank you.

My partner and I came to try the new menu and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were all so friendly, and made sure we were comfortable. We ordered the garlic bread, Moroccan lamb and a side of coleslaw for our meals and there wasn’t one fault to our meals. The garlic bread was nice and hot, the lamb was cooked perfectly and all components of the dish worked well and balanced each other. Lastly the coleslaw tasted fresh and homemade. We loved every bit of our dinner, from the service to the food and the entire staff should feel exceptionally proud of themselves. Our compliments to the Chef for a brilliant menu and excellent staffing. Further complements to the restaurant supervisor for making excellent cocktails.

Great pub grub. Grungy but chill. Cocktail menu could do with an upgrade. Add a Dirty Dry Vodka Martini and it will be 4 stars all the way.
