My husband and I both had steak for dinner which was amazing. Cooked to perfection and great quality meat, the mushroom gravy and mash/veg was really nice aswell. Unfortunately the service was a bit slow and the bar was not always attended so you had to wait for someone to come and serve you. Otherwise a great meal.

We had our daughter 5th birthday party here. It was a unicorn party and boy didn't they deliver! even sorted out the pass the parcel for me and hosted the games. We had helium balloons and beautifully dressed tables and lovely platters. The staff were more than accommodating for our princess. The girls really hit the briefing on the head! Dads, Mums and kids all had the best time! We can't thank the pacific enough! Thanks ladies and kitchen staff for the best day. Can't wait for our next event at the pacific

No frills menu. Told 30 minute wait that extended to 60 minutes. Re-fried chips along a burnt roll and a cold steak. I’m a local and I will never be back.. they provided children’s activities arts and crafts where a vape sat on the table with the kids crafts. Bring your own steak knife a butter knife just want cut it.

The worst meal I have ever had steak was terrible and undercooked!! Also my partners steak well where do we start she cut it in half as she asked for well done! And come out still mooing! So she asked for a new peace of steak cooked well done 20mins later they bring out the same peace of steak!! Also to get a drink on table service takes 30mins apparently 🙄

After 1.5 hours after we ordered food, with hungry kids waiting patiently for their dinner, we were told they can offer a refund or wait another hour for our food. It was 8.45pm and no where else would be open by the time we go there. They didn’t offer us garlic bread or anything to say sorry for the long wait, so we took our refund and got dominos. The people sitting next to us walked past us and said that they wish they just got a refund because the food was terrible. They clearly didn’t have a chef on and all management needed to do was close the kitchen. Half the group I was with were locals and won’t be returning there.
