After 1.5 hours after we ordered food, with hungry kids waiting patiently for their dinner, we were told they can offer a refund or wait another hour for our food. It was 8.45pm and no where else would be open by the time we go there. They didn’t offer us garlic bread or anything to say sorry for the long wait, so we took our refund and got dominos. The people sitting next to us walked past us and said that they wish they just got a refund because the food was terrible. They clearly didn’t have a chef on and all management needed to do was close the kitchen. Half the group I was with were locals and won’t be returning there.

The specials board tonight looked amazing especially with grilled snapper and no Barra!!!! Woohoo! But we ordered the jerked chicken burger… Yum! And the rosemary sausages… OMG sensational and the vege and mint sauce were perfect !

Late November and no air con in CQ in absolutely ridiculous. Went to the Pacific for lunch and all doors and windows were closed, it was hot and stuffy. I looked around and the air cons were turned off. I asked a staff member if they could be turned on and she went away and asked someone. She came back and turned them on. By this time we were very sweaty. It was much cooler outside and a welcome relief.

Really great spot with amazing food. We ordered steak, and that was cooked beautifully. The staff was very friendly and dessert was a winner aswell.

I had an amazing time at the pac! The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the Beef Ribs, and it was cooked to perfection – tasty and satisfying, they just fell off the bone. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Whether you're looking for a great meal or just a place to relax with friends, this pub is a top choice. Highly recommend!
