Partner surprised me with an early Valentine experience. Great location, friendly, pleasant service from all the staff from booking over the phone to checkout. Lovely clean & comfortable one bedroom apartment on the top floor, very quiet. Being a Sunday night we had exclusive use of the pool and gym area. The view from our balcony was spectacular overlooking the coast and North Terrace. Beautiful sunset to end our nights stay. Was nice to stay at an alternative location to your normal hotel will definately recommend.

The location of these appartments were absolutely fantastic. Heard little to no sound from outside the building. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Some minor damage to the interior that needs to be touched up with a bit of paint etc. exhaust fan in kitchen also did not work. Other than this we had a lovely stay. The pool was nice and warm and the gym looks newly updated.

This hotel is in a good position to get to most things easily. Rooms were very quiet and clean, could have been a few more glasses, cups etc in the kitchen. The balcony was also a good spot to catch a glimpse of Adelaide city! I would say the parking was a bit of a let down. Pretty inconvenient to get into at times - but very filthy...kind of didn't want to touch anything in there - lift was gross! The money these things make - why can't they yup their act and get these places properly cleaned?

AC in our room didn't work so the first night wasn't great (too noisy to have balcony door open) but they moved us the following day. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast at the cafe downstairs. There's a tram stop just down the road.

Rooms are very very outdated. Carpet and couch stained and dirty. Kitchenette was nice to have however only two elements worked. Mould in bathroom sick and shower and very strong mould smell when water is running. Dishwasher was broken and seems to just keep working for hours unless we opened the door for it to stop. Desperately needs a do over. Staff on check in were very lovely. Would also benefit from providing more dish washing soap instead of the one tony pouch as well as new cloth for wiping down benches would be handy.
