The Oaks Embassy was lovely and clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. The young girl that checked is in could have been a little more friendly, the night shift made up for it the gentleman was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

Really happy with my experience. Beautiful hotel, stylish and complex rooms, value for money, comfortable beds, great shower. Really helpful staff as well. If you're thinking of staying here, do it.

I can not recommend the staff at the place highly enough. They go above and beyond. Always friendly and cheerful. I fully recommend the position of the hotel central location. Rooms where spacious and clean. Beds super comfy.

I booked this place for my family and I to attend a graduation at the University of Adelaide. The location and amenities are fantastic for the price, and I would definitely book here again!! However, two things to keep in mind: 1. **Early Check-in:** I had requested an early check-in during booking and the day before arrival, but it wasn’t accommodated. I understand this could be due to how busy the place is, but it’s something to consider if you’re arriving early. 2. **Occupancy for 2-Bedroom Apartment:** The 2-bedroom apartment is better suited for 4 people, not 5. We didn’t realize that an extra bed would be placed in the living room, which was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise, everything else was great.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable beds. Great location too. Free parking and coffee club is just downstairs:)
