Reviews for Oaks Embassy

Very clean and comfy apartment. We loved the views. Location was perfect for us. Close to the city and to the convention centre. Staff were happy, courteous and easy to deal with. The pool and sauna were a welcome after a full day of sight seeing. The spa wasn’t working but we didn’t miss it as we had one in our room. Ear plugs were a must. As all the city sounds were easily heard. But that’s to be expected when you stay in city and not the hotels fault at all. Very happy. Will definitely stay again.

Good location, but the lack of basic cleanliness really made this a one time visit. If you are looking for an apartment and don’t mind grubby conditions- then it’s probably okay. Just feels very worn and very tired. Our first apartment had a broken TV, so they moved us. The second apartment also had a broken TV so we gave up on that one. Carpet was simply knackered, and dirty. Real disappointment and would not return.

Was a very big and nice 2 bedroom apartment. Love the location and the service. The only thing that was letting it down was the construction going on outside but they can't help that. Definitely stay again.

We stayed at Oaks Adelaide Embassy for my partner's birthday and had a great experience. Initially, the spa in our room wasn't working, but the staff were quick to resolve the issue by upgrading us, which we really appreciated. The new room was comfortable and well-appointed, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the service was excellent. Overall, a great stay despite the small hiccup—would definitely return!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The fact that the desk is always manned is also a bonus. The room was roomy and it was great to have a small balcony to get some fresh air and a good view of Adelaide city. This hotel is not run like a normal hotel. The rooms are individually owned and it is let down to some extent by that model. You had to open the freezer door before you could open the microwave door! The decor in our bathroom was dated the paint on the balcony was peeling and dirty and the bed was saggy although the hotel staff happily swapped it out for us. Other rooms might be quite different it depends on the owners.
