Great location ,close to tram & train travel ,restaurants etc Staff at reception very helpful. Room a good size, however very tired ,needs a paint job bathroom very poor needs a complete reno ,almost wished I had brought some rubber thongs to wear in shower. Washing machine leaked over floor when used. New hotel being built next door,so when thats completed it will very intrusive. Not a 4 star hotel.

I’ve stayed here multiple times a year for the past 4 years, and when you get a good room, it’s great! But on the 5th floor with a view of the brick wall behind, it’s a gentle reminder that all not hotel rooms are built equally… the fact I’m here for 2 weeks has made it quite displeasurable. In other notes, a top load washing machine should never be underneath a dryer. The dryer is missing the lint filter meaning lint got stuck in the fan making an awful racket - showing the lack of care that has gone into maintaining these rooms, one of the bifold doors is missing off the laundry cupboard and there are spikes coming up through the carpet where the kitchen meets the dining area. The light in the entryway is also flickering.

The Oaks Embassy was lovely and clean and the location was perfect for what we needed. The young girl that checked is in could have been a little more friendly, the night shift made up for it the gentleman was lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

We were disappointed with our stay. The three-bedroom apartment was expensive. The apartment had a beautiful view, but the kitchen was very poorly appointed. i.e. three bowls for 6 people, no can opener, one knife, no sugar or salt & pepper. The towel rail fell off the wall in the ensuite, the fridge light flickered, and a fuse in the power box kept tripping. We had to ask for toilet paper daily. Adelaide is a lovely city, but I would not recommend staying here. It's a little old and tired.

We booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartment suites. Rooms were spacious, clean. In 1 room, No pots pans provided even though the rooms have, kitchen, stovetp, oven but other room they provided it. We had 4 Adults and a child in every 2 bedroom apartment. Internet is only accessible for 3 members in every room, which sucks. 1 lounge had new technology tv with netflix app etc but the other lounge had an old tv. You have to go to reception to ask for dishwashing mini packet, mini washing machine powder and 1 toilet roll. Location is good, very close to casino and convince store.
