Cosy room. After check-in they provided me with a room where they left the ozone machine on. I wasn't sure about it so I went to ask the receptionist. The guy was very helpful and he gave me a different room as they were supposed not to give that room (still cleaning up the smell or something). He also took stuff to the new room which is really appreciated. Thanks for your service. It was nice. Location wise, it's about a half hour walk to Rundle market. There are plenty of cafes nearby and close to Chinatown.

I'm not personally staying here but my loved one is,I reached out to Adam at reception and asked for some help to organise a surprise dessert delivery and he couldn't have been nicer about it,being unfamiliar with the area he advised what would work best and happily accepted the delivery until my loved one arrived back to their room, then had it sent up,with candles!! honestly just the best example of customer service,Adam you are a credit to Quest.

Great place to stay, well appointed rooms which had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Lovely view from the balcony, we stayed in rm 703. Easy to get around town with a tram stop directly outside. IGA around the corner and walking distance to Chinatown and the Food Markets.

On a work trip.... The Quest provides exactly what you need whilst away from home... Fully self contained room with a great little kitchen with stove top. Modern,clean, spacious enough, breat allocation of space to each area. Love it. Will come back to the the Quest again 100% Free Tram available which takes you into the city. Great location..close to the city hustle and bustle but far away enough to avoid the hustle n bustle if that makes sense lol. Of course..there are the scooters too lol. Thats lots of fun.

We were welcomed and greeted in a kindly and friendly manner by all staff during our stay. Location eas perfect for our needs. Only 30 minutes walk to the other side of town if you wanted to get to North Terrace. Tram stop out front if you needed to go elsewhere.
