Travelling to Adelaide for the first time recreationally and we could not fault the Quest King William South hotel for our 4 night stay. The staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I cannot praise them high enough. That goes to all the staff whether on front desk or room servicing. A big THANKYOU to you all from us. The one bedroom apartment was generous in space and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms were clean, well maintained and in more than reasonably pristine condition. Located just metres from the free city-travel tram and the free city bus connector, this was a real winner for us. Travelling to the zoo, Rundle Mall and around the city was a pleasure and easy. Not many places in Adelaide City can offer this luxury of location. We will be returning to Adelaide in 3 months and won’t have to consider where to stay as the decision is easy; the Quest King William South is it.

Great location, everything at your doorstep, hop on the tram or bus and explore central markets or rundle mall. Close and convenient for business trip stays in the CBD district. The reception staff are friendly enough. The rooms are comfy no thrill suitable for short stay. Not a luxury chain but does provide the basics you need for the nights rest. I do like that in addition to the toiletries they provide the bonus is shower cap and a vanity pack is included for one. It consists of cotton pad, q-tip and a miniature nail board file. Nice extra touch. The coffee and tea facilities basic and unfortunately the milk provided in the fridge was off. We did have a carpark pass included with our stay, the location is a bit of a walk across the street so quite inconvenient. The car park and pass is additional cost, and 24 hour access. Disappointingly it did not work for us and all contact numbers for the carpark issues were unattended afterhours as is the reception staff. Upon notifying the staff next morning we were offered a refund for the inconvenience. Improvements needed. Suitable for an overnights business trip but nothing else extra available at this location but cafes and eateries are close by.

Me and My friend came down to Adelaide spontaneously and stayed here. By far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean and Respectable place. Our rooms were beautiful and very well cleaned. The staff are so friendly and the entire atmosphere was very welcoming. Will definitely be returning to stay here again.

Our stay at Quest King William South turned out to be a disappointing experience. We understand that a bond is a standard practice for hotel stays, the $250 amount felt excessive. We were told when we checked out it would be released after housekeeping inspected the apartment, which we left in tidy condition. We expected this process to take the usual 24 to 48 hours, but patiently waited over a week without any updates. When I called to follow up, a staff member named Nick answered, I explained our situation and he placed me on hold for 20 minutes. After growing impatient, I hung up and called back, he immediately picked up and says that he remembers our conversation. He stated that the hold was being released as we spoke. It leaves me wondering if we would have ever seen it back had we not followed up. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management. The responsibility for following up fell entirely on us, and it was handled with little care by the hotel staff. I want to caution others considering a stay at this hotel to be wary of the bond process, as it has been more cumbersome than expected.

The concierge Tina was absolutely amazing, her service and attitude really made the stay worth it, she was professional and absolutely lovely. Truly an asset to this business. The room was also lovely and clean 10/10
