‘First’ Lounge, Bar And Restaurant – Level 1

Our most versatile space. This is the stunning New York loft style space on the first floor. Facilities include, large balcony, lift access, cocktail bar, beers on tap, multiple screens, wireless microphone, wifi, sound system including XLR connection for DJ. First is often booked exclusively for large corporate events, weddings and launches. Exclusively the space can accommodate 100 – 400 cocktail style or 60 – 180 sit down. Sections of First can also be hired for smaller events. We use large furniture pieces and the sheer white curtains to create a reserved areas for cocktail style networking and celebrations, or curtain off sections for semi private dining.
