A.M.A.Z.I.N.G !!! Everything about this venue is amazing. The minute you walk in the door, you are hit with a groovy vibe, but without a doubt the best thing about Norwood Kingpin is the staff. Always happy to help, nothing is ever too much trouble. Manager Chelsea is fabulous, and on the night our 'host' Matthais was wonderful. I booked out the entire venue to host my 50th. Was able to make a playlist of 'my' music and fill the screens with 'my' photos. It was so much fun, my guests got to bowl, play arcade games and enjoy laser skirmish for 4 hours. The food & drinks package was very good, my guests mentioned how delicious the finger food was. One week later and I'm still getting messages of thanks!! HIGHLY recommend this venue for a special occasion. THANK YOU TEAM @ Kingpin Norwood for making my celebration one to remember.

I took my daughter and friend for a playdate at Kingpin and the service we received from the beginning to the end was exceptional. A special mention to Matthias in particular for ensuring we had a great time. His customer service was exceptional and made it a great day. A shout out to Brandon for also being friendly. Had the most fantastic experience at Kingpin Norwood for our son’s 9th birthday with host Lily. She was attentive and made the whole process so easy. She did everything! It was so nice to be able to sit back and watch the kids have the best time while she took care of everything. Highly recommend!! The manager was also wonderful and catered to all our needs. We will definitely be back! Thank you :)

This was our first time at Kingpin and we will definitely be back!! We had an incredible time !! Bridget looked after us the whole night both in our bowling reservation and in bar. Bridget was super accommodating, it was a busy night for the whole staff and they looked after each and everyone of their patrons. Definitely not an experience to pass up
