Recently, I held a birthday party at KingPin for my 10 year old twins. The host at KingPin for their party was Archie and he was amazing! He had 14 x 10 year olds listening to him the entire party which went for 4 hours. He had them excited, captured, following all instructions and having a ball. I was extremely impressed with Archie, the generosity of KingPin and the entire party. Kingpin sure know how to throw a party! Thanks Archie! Lily and Henry are still talking about how much fun they had!

I am so happy with our party host Zoe! She was so kind always smiling and made us feel welcomed. She catered to all our requests making sure everything runs smooth. Highly recommend!!

I and my friends haven't been to Kingpin Norwood in years, and were utterly blown away by everything, positively. All staff were beautifully friendly, caring and genuinely so. Such sincere effort and connectedness from Claudia, who ensured we all had everything we needed and over and above, what we wanted. Claudia essentially never stops moving the entire time; from tending to patrons, cleaning tables and ensuring they're ready to go, organising; and has such a clear, self-owned sense of standards that genuinely matters to her, both at the venue, yet individually, how much Claudia values people. Kindness is her key. The venue and its maintenance is basically spotless, which I don't fixate on at all, nor care if a venue is not so, yet did notice is ever-present throughout this place. Claudia amended bookings for us and upgrades, etc. when we wanted to stay longer, and nothing was a 'No' for her. There is great care taken in the food and drinks that are made, excellent cocktails and such good humans that work here. I don't see this energy or culture anywhere much at all, yet it seems that this venue prides and truly values these qualities, and ensures they are aligned with all who work here. Rare! A wonderful place to visit for fun, good times and the best people. Can't wait to come back soon. :)

Presley has been an amazing party host for Anamta’s 12 Bday. He was very accomodating and he made every effort to make sure that party goes well as planned. He is the best party host I have ever seen.

We went here for a children’s birthday party and I thought it was fantastic! The kids had a ball! The staff were amazing! Our party host Asha was so friendly, proactive and engaging with the children, She seemed to go above and beyond to accomodate our needs and made the whole experience run smoothly. The food was also great. We will definitely be going back.
