I had an amazing experience at the Richmond Hotel! The service last Thursday was exceptional, especially from the lovely girl behind the bar. She helped me pick some beautiful cocktails that really elevated my night. Her recommendations were spot on, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her as she even suggested a few great spots to check out afterward. Truly top-notch service – can’t wait to visit again!

Came for lunch and drinks. Enjoyed the food and the drink. The service and was wonderful! But! If you order at the bar, there is a 10% charge (as in, the $20 pizza and pint deal is $22) whether you pay cash or card. If you order on your phone through the QR code, there is a credit card surcharge. If you have advertised prices, that is what a customer should pay.

Bed is so so so uncomfortable. Can feel where the two mattresses join, and they are so uncomfortable. It was soooo hot through the nights despite having the fan on cool an 18 degrees....and it is only 10 degrees outside. Ordered some food to our room when we checked in, was absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely. (If it weren't for food and staff would have been 1 star) Unfortunately would never stay here again, and definitely definitely NOT worth what I paid!!!

Ruined my daughter's milestone party. Extremely overcharged for non-existent service and food. Lost a few thousand dollars, for no more than $200 worth of food, didn't honor charges per person, not enough quantities, ran out of Balisic alcohol halfway through the expensive three hour drinks package. Food mostly served by me because the only two staff on the night actually working were useless, would just sit a platter randomly somewhere where only a few guests would see, didn't serve all platters purchased. The entire organisation was so poor, and servers were seen eating or drinking what we'd paid for. Wouldn't own up to any of it, wouldn't offer any kind of reimbursement, not even partial, was extremely rude and unprofessional. We even had to set up and open up the windows and doors of balcony, lights, AC, etc. of the room we'd hired, as none of it was done yet when the first handful of people arrived on time. I'd contact Australian business ombudsman and was about to take the matter to court, to get our close to few thousand refunded (beyond actual costs anyway) .. Until my daughter didn't want to deal with any of the upset anymore. Consider yourself lucky, that I (and another dozen guests as witnesses) didn't take you down. Appalling, utterly disgraceful, disgusting, dishonest, extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

Your waitress seems to have an unpleasant attitude and very bloody rude. If I can give it a 0.hospitality service, I would. When we walked in and waited for table, she looked unfriendly and pointed to.where the menu is and said i can help myself with the menu. There were no other patrons as it was 2 o clock, I grabbed the menu and read it on a reserved long table, she came over and said I couldn't read my menu there. I took my menu away and returned to my table and she looked annoyed and use her hand to give the table a sweep as if there were dust on it. Bloody unprofessional and idiotic
