It had been a long time since I have been here. Was pleasantly surprised with the food, the atmosphere, everything really. Enough staff on to be there for the service when needed, all friendly and cheerful! A nice clean dining area, plenty of space, the service was reasonably quick, and overall, enjoyed the experience. Good quality pub food at a reasonable price. Ill certainly be back on a semi regular basis!.

Mariah and Drew delivered fantastic service. Food - Ceasar salad ($31) had dry chicken like yesterday's roast reheated, bacon over cooked, no anchovies. Christmas lunch ($30) - ham and turkey just sandwich slices chucked under the grill, had to ask for the gravy and ran out of cranberry sauce. This is my second bad experience here, will go elsewhere next time. Thankyou Tim for the follow up, great work, much appreciated.

Just there for lunch in the main bistro area. It was surprisingly very quiet with hardly anyone there and so service when ordering drinks and meals could have been more attentive. 2 of 3 main staff were "messing around" when we first got there but stopped fairly soon after. Nothing serious but still not a good look. Wife and I had the salt and pepper squid and our other guests shared a meatlovers pizza and some onion rings which were a bit oily. The pizza had plenty of topping and our salt and pepper squid was nice. No issue with the table service but like I said the bar service needs a bit of work especially when there was hardly anyone there. The whole complex is quite big as will be the new beer garden when it's finished. We'll be back. 3.7 Stars There for lunch today 8/9/23. Customer service was good, new beer garden looks fantastic but my schnitzel, not so good. The parmigiana topping was over cooked and dried out. My wife had a plain schnitzel with gravy on the side and that was okay. The cooks need to take a bit more care......

Stopped by the Waterloo today for a quick bite to eat for Valentine’s Day. We also took our beloved pup. Not only were we welcomed but our pup was too. Tash promptly provided our pup with a fresh bowl of water and treats. She also received some lovely pats from other staff members. Drew did a great job behind bar, with efficient service. Will definitely be back soon!!!

Update 12.07 Order food here on Uber eats. Parmi was incredible how ever the BBQ 3 & 2 was a complete lie and well over priced. Pork and brisket was fatty how ever the pulled pork was nice. Says you get two side absolutely a lie requested mac n cheese wouldn't allow a second selection added notes stating this fact and request corn as well. Only received corn so they read the note had no regard for order or to call and confirm. Steak was over cooked and extremely salty. Request med-rare received med-well done. Chips were undercooked. Garlic prawns in cream sauce were very well done though. Service wasn't great one guy at our table had received his food and requested a replacement due to it being over cooked he had his replacement meal before the rest of the table had starters so they had time to make his meal twice.... No this didn't seem like a busy night so not sure what happened.
