Reviews for Atura Adelaide Airport

Very convenient for an overnight stay for an early morning flight. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was so comfy! We had drinks at the bar followed by dinner in the restaurant. Food and service was great. No complaints here and can't wait to stay again 😊

Atura is such a wonderful, convenient, welcoming and comfortable hotel. So quiet (given its location) quirky, modern and squeaky clean. The rooms are generous, and the drinks/cocktails and food along with the service is amazing. We have stayed here numerous times and direct access to International and Domestic makes for easy departures and arrivals and the overall experience of Atura the ultimate 5 star.....🥰

This hotel is extremely convenient for travellers. Virtually a few steps away from the airport terminal, & right across from car rental services. The room was clean & comfortable. Late check in was extremely easy. Awesome buffet breakfast. I would give 5 stars if they had 24 hour room service. Great hotel & I’ll definitely be using it again when travelling to Adelaide.

First impressions matter — and unfortunately, mine wasn’t great. Upon arrival, I noticed someone sleeping in the lobby near the front desk, which gave the hotel an unprofessional and slightly neglected appearance. Not exactly the welcome I was expecting. The room itself was clean, but there were a few issues. The bed was far too soft for comfort — I ended up with a sore back in the morning. Additionally, the room lighting was inadequate, making it hard to work or even see around the room. A few brighter or adjustable lighting options would go a long way. Overall, the convenience of the location is the hotel's strongest point, but there's definitely room for improvement in comfort and presentation. "While the convenience of self check-in is undeniable, it really takes away from the true meaning of hospitality."

Booked $239 for one night. Room was a bed in a cupboard. Just a bed touching both walls. Standing room only for 2 people + the luggage trolley. Couldn't have opened the cases. Tiny ensuite- which would have been functional. No other facilities. Expensive claustrophobic bed in a cupboard! These rooms should be marketed at maybe $100 per night then they would almost be quite good value. Went back to reception. Upgraded at extra cost (which has made it a difficult week financially as we're on a fixed low income). Room was ok. Not well noise insulated. Bed comfortable. Sofa and Shower floor were not very clean. Couldn't call the shelves etc as furnishings; they are 8ply wood open boxes with thin veneer on top only. Nothing luxurious or inviting about either room. Next time we'll pay long term parking and skip the hotel.
