Absolutely disgraceful. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for a beer while a female staff member flat-out ignored me and acted busy. Another staff member eventually helped me, but nah, definitely not coming back here would not recommend to anyone.

Went back to use a voucher I was given after a disappointing meal of mussels that seemed old. Sadly this establishment did not come up to scratch once again. For a watermelon mojito I was served a very sweet drink made with watermelon syrup and missing the mint that is an important part of a mojito.

The view makes it worth it. Attendant is average and patrons have too much yelling and no consideration of what they’re saying a full volume swearing with other kids around. It’s kind of ruining the scenery I am annoyed this app to order food is so unusable Hotel is fairly average and lots of young wanky red skinned males with ego issues

Insanely loud music until after 2am. Not only had no chance of sleeping but both had a horrible migraine. Reception staff could not care less.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited 25 minutes for our drinks had to go up and ask and still had to wait and got no apology. One $18 cocktail was undrinkable tasted awful was not made correctly. I will never be going back to the pier.
