Really nice, very clean and great fun!! No funny smells, pretty comfortable, not crowded at all ( at least it wasn't when I took my family..). Staff could be show a little more customer service skills, a smile and a greeting goes a long way guys and for goodness sake, its free!! But overall, lovely and will definitely return 🙂

Usually, I wouldn't bother, but we spent quite some money, so I bother today. Firstly, the gentleman who scanned our tickets was lovely and friendly. The cinema itself clean, the seats great. Now, the lady who served us just before our movie started at 1.30pm wouldn't get any stars. While she was very friendly and helpful to the ladies before us, she was unfriendly, nearly rude when it was our turn. We had to repeat our order three times, and she still gave us the wrong drink. No smile, no thank you, nothing. For us, going to the cinema, the whole experience is important, not only watching the movie. I can get the movie later on Netflix or Blu Ray. The first impression sets the tone.
