Usually, I wouldn't bother, but we spent quite some money, so I bother today. Firstly, the gentleman who scanned our tickets was lovely and friendly. The cinema itself clean, the seats great. Now, the lady who served us just before our movie started at 1.30pm wouldn't get any stars. While she was very friendly and helpful to the ladies before us, she was unfriendly, nearly rude when it was our turn. We had to repeat our order three times, and she still gave us the wrong drink. No smile, no thank you, nothing. For us, going to the cinema, the whole experience is important, not only watching the movie. I can get the movie later on Netflix or Blu Ray. The first impression sets the tone.

It’s very convenient that you can get both tickets and popcorn at the same counter. Watching movie was a lot of comfort and joy. Thank you!

Would have like to have gone and watched a movie over the weekend with my oldest grandson, but it's on at 9pm.No day time showings. Can't ring anymore and ask questions. So won't be going to a movie anytime soon.

If I could give zero stars I would! Went with my husband and son the listen to the launch of Pearl Jam’s new album. There was nothing at all to see on the screen so I listened in darkness enjoying the music while playing a game on my phone as there was nothing to look at and it went for 2 hours. Staff member rudely told me to get off my phone. For starters I am an adult, I am not paying to go somewhere to be spoken to like a child to be told to get off my phone. The start of any movie it states have it on silent - yes it was of course on silent. And like mentioned there wasn’t anything to even look at at the screen. It was an unnecessary rude power trip by a staff member. A place that is need of customers are going to lose more.
