Scored a free feed using The Pass app this afternoon. The steak sandwich had some gristle to contend with, but the chips were spot on, and the sandwich was flavorsome.
The interior is industro-chic & it features a great internal garden area.
Waitress had zero personality.
Great spot along route 12 tramline. Guessing it’s popular with people who shop at Victoria Gardens.

Seriously the best roast in Melbourne. I have one every Sunday and not had a bad one yet. Meat is rotated so you get variety and every time it’s presented differently. Definitely recommend..

Medium rare steak we ordered was cooked well done. Atmosphere is always lively and is easy to get a seat. Sunday roast is usually good. Guinness had more head than liquid

The staff at the Termy are awesome, rocked up with hungry fussy babies.. spilt many chips and lost a pint to the floor (swoop of a fat baby arm).. the team where so great and understanding. Big shout out to Quinn for being a super nice dude with a fab sense of humor, he even replaced my pint bless!!! Great chippys, great people, great venue 10/10 recommended
