Handy location in an area with not many accommodation options. The double glass side doors are good to keep the road and traffic noise out of the apartment which makes sleeping easy. The apartment is quite spacious, well equipped and clean. Our apartment had a huge bed, small couch, small table and chairs with a small kitchen including a two burner stove and microwave, and a good sized bathroom with a large shower. The only downside was that the television didn't work, wasn't connected to an antenna, and wasn't fixed after reporting to reception.

A bit disappointing. It would be good if the website mentioned parking is $30 per night. The tv in our room didn’t work, however they did offer us another room. The worst bit was how loud other guests were, the rooms aren’t very sound proof. We appreciated how accommodating the staff were of a late checkout.

Nicely presented rooms, with everything I needed in easy reach. Bathroom was a decent size, and bed was comfortable. Service was excellent, although I did not need to engage extensively. Location was very handy, with the IGA next door, it made getting supplies really easy as well. Parking was also really easily accessible from the laneway behind the hotel. All in all, comfortable stay, that I would use again if in the area.

Good location for those working in Richmond. Room was clean and modern. On night one of my stay the fire alarm in my room and the adjacent room went off at 1:30am. Both my neighbour and I evacuated downstairs. The reception is not manned after 11pm which is well advertised. We called the after hours emergency number and received no return call. My neighbour and I removed the fire sensors in our rooms and were able to resolve the issue. The concerning part for me was more for female solo travels. Having an emergency number which goes to a message bank and is not responded to with a phone call makes it a little concerning. So if security is a major concern for you, you may want to keep this in mind.

The dual key rooms were for two couples wanting to share a place but still have separate privacy with own amenities (kitchen and bathroom). Location was central and many good Viet eateries, cafes, small bars and breweries to visit. One pet peeve was the lighting inside the building was dim and dark. It really strained our eyes when walking along the corridor.
