The food, service and ambience were first class. The food was affordable and generous servings. Presentation of both entrees and mains were amazing. Compliments to the chef/s and service staff. Thank you. We shall return again.

We hadn’t eaten here since the revamp last year but thought it was about time to see what’s what. We had the Parma, Korean fried chicken and pork belly. All the meals were really good, the service was good and the atmosphere was good for a casual midday get together. Nothing was exceptional but also nothing to fault. Will definitely go back again 🙂

The aesthetics of Berwick Inn Hotel pleasantly surprised me—it has a modern, Chadstone Hotel vibe and aroma that elevates your experience. The food was decent and good value for money. I wasn’t a fan of the QR code-only ordering system, even for additional drinks and dishes. It felt impersonal, especially when the online checkout prompted for a tip—for what service? The biggest letdown was the lack of hospitality from the staff. While they were not rude, they weren’t welcoming either—four waiters walked past us without acknowledgment, leaving us to figure out seating with the staff at the bar. With a bit more warmth and attentiveness from the team, this renovated local pub could be a solid five stars!

Susan was my first point of contact on the phone & in the restuarant, what a delight. Megan, cared for our table and was incredubly polite. The other staff on that evening was Brianna, Harrison, Darcy, Ruby & Ethan.
