Delighted with my decision to rent an office space with them. The premises are impeccably clean and organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They're always attentive to my needs and willing to lend a hand whenever necessary. Plus, the location is super convenient, with easy access to food and banking services. Our team of eight took a suite at Hub Local Box Hill from April through to July and we were really impressed by the facilities and outstanding service. With over three levels of space there was plenty of room to work and take breaks. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the coffee from the machine was good. The café was even better and the staff were super friendly and reliable. The one criticism some of our team shared was the absence of sit to stand desks. There should be some desks and suites equipped with these. One of my colleagues never sits so it was an inconvenience to him and moderately frustrating for others. The staff really made Hub Local like a home away from work and their upbeat banter and can-do attitude was really inspiring. Their approachability and interest in you as a person added genuine collegiality and they put on events such as breakfasts, well-being sessions, wine downs etc so the entire Hub got a chance to know each other. This level of customer service is the real asset at Hub Local and a big shoutout to Tobi, Linda, Karen and Jeremy who went above and beyond in their efforts to make us feel welcome.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge, providing the event date is at least 3 days in advance. The rescheduled date is subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
Cancellation
You may cancel your booking providing you give 5 days’ notice prior to the event date. You will not receive a refund unless permitted under the Peace of Mind Guarantee or Venue Rules. Further terms and conditions may apply under the Venue Rules.
