Nice place, west of Melbourne, location suits me fine. The only thing I could complain about is the parking. You have to park on the second floor of the car park. It has no roof and in winter it can be cold, windy and wet.

This is a party place. Parties until 4am! Management permit loud noise refusing to return calls or address complaints! Management say “it is conference centre they hosts groups “. Wedding venue nearby hosts groups of guests from here. We called security and they had to attend twice before noise stopped. Very noisy party house. No management restrictions enforcing this. House rules not enforced.

Might be useful to let guests know that their key card won't work between certain hours? Currently stuck in the lobby waiting for security to come and let me back in to level one to get to my apartment. (It's 3am as I awoke to realise I left my medication in my car - when I returned, I can't access the security door to the hallway to my apartment. Not ideal and no explanation given. So far it's been nearly an hour in the lobby.
