My partner booked this hotel for me. When I was checking in with his credit card on 1st Oct at around 4pm, the lady at the hotel front desk was rude and unprofessional, accused me of using a lost/ stolen credit card and refuse to let me check in. Now I would understand if there's some sort of policies, but she didn't bother to explain to me in a professional way or give an option for my partner to verify and authorise me to use his credit card. She said I could have been using a card I found that belongs to a random person. I said I'm happy to provide our marital certificate if that's what she needed. She stopped talking to me afterwards. Her male colleague was extremely helpful and professional, and assisted me with checking in using my own card. I could have insisted on using my partner's credit card and escalated the situation because it's hard to believe a business like this doesn't have any procedure for circumstances like this. In my humble opinion, both the front desk staff would benefit from training about company policies. The male staff was excellent at customer service and communication and shouldn't be bossed around by her. The lady either needs training for customer service and communication or a better attitude. Although I had a bad experience, the review score is 3 instead of 1 because everything except that one front desk lady was pleasant. The two other ladies when I check out next day were completely fine and professional.

Absolutely exceptional rooms, couldn't find fault with the room at all! It was so clean, hygienic and totally not what I was expecting. The service and breakfast were fantastic too. Will definitely be returning again in the future!

What a great little place. We had a 2am check in and reception staff were so great and accommodating. The rooms are so clean and very comfy. Great location for what we needed. If ever we are back in this area, we will certainly stay here again

All about the detail! The larger than standard tv with on demand apps such as Netflix, the fridge size, bedding and room service. The studio itself was great, with a bonus of the restaurant and supermarket a stone throw away. The staff were welcoming, with a shoutout in particular to the lady working on the buffet breakfast 09/05 who was very hospitable and took pride in her job. Not one for reviews but this was worth a mention.

Really great place to stay good size rooms clean comfortable really modern the staff are friendly and courteous
