We had a wonderful stay at The Holiday Inn Dandenong. The room was modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a great start to our day and we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The staff were always helpful and courteous, a real pleasure. Thank you.

I’ll be staying here again! - The rooms were nice - the food was delicious - Check-in was easy. Staff were attentive. - The area, is rough for sure but nothing over the top. We walked home from a movie in 2 minutes on our night off. A Solid hotel and definitely would stay again. Worth having a catch up in the lobby for a gin too!

Hotel is lovely and well priced. Don at the front desk was very helpful! Hotel showers need a longer screen but otherwise rooms are lovely. Included breakfast is great! Restaurant needs a few more mid priced options. If it did we would have eaten there every meal. Restaurant always seems under staffed so be prepared to wait.

Rooms are huge and comfy for the room categories that I have booked. Staff werent the best when it comes to engagement, probably due to the fact that we arrived at about 6pm. Location of the hotel can be a little rough on the exterior but there's nothing the hotel can do about it but to shut their main door past some hours of the day. the main door will require key access before it can be opened. the laundry room - good initiative to have, but it doesnt show you the timer of your wash / dry, so you may have to constantly come back to check on your laundry. maybe some chairs & a timer may help?

We went for a friend’s birthday dinner and it was quite good experience. Friendliness and care from Don the manager made us feel welcomed and relaxed. He personally checked us if we had everything and if we need anything. We are very happy with his/ their hospitality and also we love food and the ambiance of the restaurant. Definitely will come back! ♥️
