Stopped here for one. Night rooms are not huge but big enough bed is comfy no issues carpets stained everywhere but no big deal breakfast. Buffet can be definitely better not much variety at all they can add new variety new things not much variety at all I would recommend highly that they should change their breakfast menu compared to other hotels I would not rate the buffet breakfast at all other than that staff at reception were polite helpful so that’s good

I called for reservation and during reservation the receptionist hung up the call. Without confirmation. When I asked for better rates I found they hesitate a bit. Hair dryer nozzle requested but rudely replied not satisfactory. Room heater requested up on feeling cold, no one called back to ensure it works. Bar lady downstairs gave wrong drink in confusion just showing color of drink rather than confirming the brand of it. When I requested another and conflict happened and she rudely replied. Knowing bar attendant has all knowledge of drinks not just colors as I was after special brand and not just rose color. Not so happy with service.

The staff here are amazing. I was going to single out Mohan at reception, but as our three day stay went on, all were great!! Very helpful and friendly. My only criticism is that the AC in rooms is centrally set, not that convenient. But otherwise we have visited twice and would stay again.

The food was truly exceptional — beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The staff also extremely friendly. However, the music slightly took away from the experience. It featured high-pitched and incessant “psst psst psst” sounds that felt a distracting. Adjusting the audio levels to enhance the mids and lows would create a more balanced and enjoyable atmosphere. With that small improvement, this place could be perfect!

Clean, big, comfy room and beds. Breakfast buffet very good. Hotel is conveniently across the road from a shopping centre and RSL is around the corner too.
