Loved loved loved our stay here! When arriving the lady at the front counter let us know all the best places in town to go! Sam gave a tips on where to go and was so helpful and such a great team member! The rooms were great and clean and house keeping always kept everything topped up! Beds where comfy and aircons where amazing! I stayed in the retro room! When booking through the website it came with free breakfast which was amazing and all staff in the cafe were great! we had dinner there one night also and food was amazing!

It's not the Hyatt, but for a major country tourist hotel it's very satisfactory. Our room was clean and comfortable, a good combination of modern and old world. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location with on site parking. Plenty of diners enjoying the food and drinks. Will recommend if you can appreciate country hospitality.

We had dinner, poached salmon and fillet steak, both cooked to perfection. Friendly staff. reasonably priced. We had a pleasant experience in the restaurant.

If you want average food that costs $$$ with no customer service this is the place for you! Beautiful location but no vibe at all. No music. Food came before drinks and no cutlery. Server looked at me like I was from Mars when I asked for some cutlery. No follow up on the drinks either just turned around and started setting an already set table. I would get if it was busy but posting pictures because it was empty and I get why. Not worth the time or money. They can do better. Also walking out not even a nod or a thank you just 3 servers leaning on the bar

Very confused with the standards set here. Firstly, the food comes out way to quickly for it to be carefully prepared, to what appears to be a fine establishment. Further, despite telling them days in advance of my dietary requirements, all I got offered was a 200g dry and fatty steak with chips. I reacted to the chips as they were clearly cooked with other deep fried items. Stupid me for thinking otherwise. The salad I got consisted of 4 small shriveled lettuce leaves!! Outrageous! All that for over $40! Lastly, I can't work out what standards they're going for with the service. One the one hand you have a very well dressed staff member, then a range of t-shirts, jeans and sneakers wearing staff just roam around. It's hard to know, but given tables I saw with half eaten plates of food, perhaps it's not just me. PS: My wife's soup was runny, not flavoursome.
