The pasta and risotto was well cooked and tasted nice. I hate burnt food, it really spoils the taste. And most of my pizza slices had large portions of burnt dough. Underneath and on the crust. Understand that wood fired pizzas are supposed to have a bit of char, which adds to the flavour. But when the crust and base is burnt it makes the meal inedible and unpleasant. Suggest the chef's check and improve the temperature to avoid burning the pizzas. I didn't bring it up at the time as the staff were flat out with a busy/full restaurant filled with Christmas gatherings. And it wasnt their fault of what was happening in the kitchen. There were a few incorrect drink orders too. Maybe misunderstanding/communications.

Zero95 serves authentic, top-notch pizza! The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy, with fresh toppings. Great atmosphere and attentive service. One of the best places for Italian pizza in Melbourne!

Delicious meals in Doncaster East! With a wide variety of dishes available, there is something for everyone. We loved Nonna's meatballs and the arancini. The pizza was amazing! We tried pizzas from both the red and white sauce option, and both were delicious. Recommend a visit!
