came for dinner with a group of friends - the food was amazing, came out super quick as well! excellent service from our waitress Molly, who seated us, took our orders and brought our food out. it’s nice to be served with punctuality, a happy presence and a smile! will definitely be coming back!

Amazing dinner service from all the staff at Doncaster Shoppingtown Hotel. All were super accommodating and helpful but a big shout out especially to Jordan and Dom who looked after our group all night. Nothing was too much of an ask for them and they went above and beyond with the level of service - always with a smile.

This is about their Entertainment nights. DO NOT WASTE your money on going to see a band at this venue. If you like a band that is playing there, find another venue. We went to see the Angels, they finished at 10:30 and instead of the pub playing some music so we could continue on with the night. They closed the bar, 20 min before the band finished and kicked everybody out soon after 10:30. This is apparently how they operate now.

Had dinner tonight, food was lovely and staff were lovely but Morin (black hair waitress) went out of her way to make our night. Such a great staff member! It was crazy busy too!

Very nice bistro, fantastic view, standard pub fair. We were there for dinner Saturday night with a party of 8 for a special occasion. It took over ½ hour from serving the first main meal to the last and that was with 2 approaches to staff. 1st couple of meals went cold while waiting for the last. Ironically the last meals to come out where entrees (ordered as mains). Also, there was an enormous screen in the beer garden that was casting the brightest light across the whole bistro, very distracting with constantly flicking sports play and uncomfortably bright over the shoulder of those on the other side of the table. On a previous visit for lunch with a party of 3, the kitchen didn’t have 2 of the 3 meals ordered (3 different meals). Experienced similar kitchen issues prior to this. Nice interior, brilliant view, pity about all these other factors. Will avoid in the future.
