Stayed for 6 nights and really liked the place. There is a shopping center 2 minutes walk with a vast array of shopping and food. All of the staff were really nice and helpful, well equipped gym and the heated pool was great to swim in. I slept well, and it's pretty quiet. The restaurant has beautiful food and a great view of Melbourne. I would stay here again

A last minute to stay overnight in Melbourne, but out of the city itself. This hotel is so well located with easy access from a main freeway and adjoining a great shopping centre at Doncaster. It can be a little noisy in public areas, lots of families, but don't let that deter you. Great views and great vibe.

I had a great experience during my first stay, which is why I chose to return. However, during my second visit, I noticed that the ventilation system was making a slight noise, which disturbed my sleep. Overall, the location is good so I decided to extend my stay for a few more days. After switching rooms, I was surprised to be assigned an accessible room, as I had originally booked a standard room. I asked if it was possible to switch to the normal room, but was informed that it wouldn’t be available for the next two days. While I understand that room assignments may vary, I would have appreciated being informed in advance. Additionally, the view from the accessible room was somewhat obstructed, which was a bit disappointing. I’ve noticed that similar situations have occurred with other guests as well, and I hope the hotel can improve communication regarding room assignments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Great space for functions in Doncaster - there was a great 3 course menu for a small dinner for 15-20 people, including salmon for the entree, beef fillet for main and apple tart for dessert. The staff were very friendly and free parking was arranged for the event. Would highly recommend for functions!

Location is amazing! But that’s the best bit about it. Room service - $18 for a toasted sandwich which was literally 2 pieces of bread, tomato and cheese. Such a rip off. No alcohol past a certain time? We wanted to stay in a “hotel” to get hotel amenities. We felt like we didn’t get any of that. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be back.
