MING Mayu
We booked the room mainly for the great view shown as in website, but unfortunately, they gave us one room opposite city. Tried to change room but be refused. It's bit disappointing. I'd suggest hotel to divide room as "with view" with higher price or "without view" to avoiding complaints. Other than that, pool is great and restaurant is good too.

We stayed at one of the deluxe double room with two double beds here for 1 night but the room really sucks! 1) the air-conditioning is rumbling all night, no one can sleep well 2) the bathtub drain get blocked 3) the chromecast is not working 4) there’s some dirt / stain in the carpet When I called they said the hotel is 100% full and they can’t do anything.

Generally friendly reception service at check in and out. Staff at the bar and restaurants were welcoming. The view from the room looking out towards Box Hill was peaceful. We were happy with the breakfast served each morning especially the chief made omelets were great and friendly served. The location (right adjacent to the Westfield Doncaster) was convenient for shopping and dining. They charged daily parking fee of $25 during our stay. We would come back to this accommodation.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was beautifully decorated and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view from our room. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and professional. When we arrived we were greeted by the delightful Sophiya who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Every single staff member we dealt with was helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was great for exploring Doncaster and the surrounding areas. It is a very short walk to the Westfield Mall with all of its restaurants, shops and the cinema. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The buffet breakfast was delicious ☕🥐, and having Westfield Doncaster just steps away made shopping and entertainment super convenient. 🛍️ The terraces were a highlight — the perfect spot for summer drinks, bites, and beautiful views. 🍹🌇 A seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommend for a refreshing getaway! ✨
