Katie took incredible care of us and the Ivory is a 10/10 venue. There’s so many incredible inclusions that set them apart from the rest and help you save so much money! Plus the food is actually incredible and all cooked on site. Thank you Ivory team for making our day so special ❤

My husband and I were lucky enough to get married at The Ivory in November 2021 just as Covid restrictions were easing after what was a difficult year. After our first visit to the venue we knew this was the one - it has the perfect mix between modern and romantic elegance and the beautiful courtyard was an added bonus as this meant we didn't have to have the ceremony at a different location to the reception. The Ivory has a generous main reception room with a large dancefloor along with ample space in the foyer allowing for our wonderful vendors such as the photobooth and ice cream cart to serve our guests. Although we opted for our own decor, it was lovely to see the venue hire had a lot of great inclusions as standard. We were also very happy with Jennifer as our co-ordinator who was very helpful and answered our millions of questions and provided comfort and flexibility in a time of uncertainty. Thanks to The Ivory and the team for making our day so memorable and ensuring things ran as smoothly as they did.

My husband and I would love to say a big thank you for the team at The Ivory Elsternwick.... what a blast of a night not only for us, the bridal team but all the guests aswell. We couldn't have asked for a better night. Not knowing what to expect, but what a wonderful time and night it turned out to be. The venue itself is beautiful, the inclusions are great such as bridal table flowers if you want to save, or choose your own design like we did for the bridal table and keep the guests table flowers. Some things we loved was no hidden costs such as corkage fees or cake cutting fees. We had 200 guests and felt that space was perfect. Not too small but cosy and intimate while guests had plenty of space in the foyer to enjoy as well. Going to some other venues, we liked that the ivory looked new and not rundown like some others we visited. The bridal room was pretty and great size, even the toilets had plenty of amenities. Ceremony area is awesome and convenient. Jennifer did her best to help us and was always accommodating and flexible for changes, dietary requirements and all vendors and suppliers were organised so well, I did not have anyone asking me what's going on. She kept us updated and in the loop all the time, answered all questions obviously being our first time getting married, and suggested recommendations etc. We had a live band and it really brought the night alive. The lighting in the reception creates a lovely ambience aswell. We were lucky to not have to change our dates at all so all in all, everything worked out for us. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
